4. Discussion: Treasurer's Report* 
Sponsor/Presenter: Doug Barnett, Outgoing GPLAC Treasurer; Ajay Rai, GPLAC Co-Coordinator

Rai reported that GPLAC submitted its most required campaign finance filing and that the GPLAC is filed up-to-date through December 2025.  Rai reports that the GPLAC must file a form 468 every six months to the state and the state has made it easier, that it can be done online. 

Barnett reported that there was approximately $4,000 in the account, that the Secretary of State was paid the annual committee fee of $50 and the annual post office box fee of $200.

6. Decision: Status of GPLAC website and email lists*

Rai reported that the GPCA has broken the GPLAC email lists and has been non-responsive on website hosting issues.

Proposal (Rai): Assume costs of Green Geeks hosting, $25 first year, higher in subsequent years. pending discussion.

7. Decision: GPLAC Nationbuilder website and Accurate Append expenses*

Proposal (Rai): That the GPLAC make an installment payment to Feinstein for $3,000

8. Discussion:  Update on LA Charter Reform Process* 
Sponsor/Presenter:Feinstein

Feinstein reported that In February 2026, the LA Charter Reform Committee recommended an increase from 15 to 25 seats, and that they be elected by ranked-choice voting, and that now the matter goes to the City Council for consideration of placing charter reform on the November 2026 ballot for a public vote.


9. Decision: Endorse Butch Ware for Governor*

12. Decision: Status of GPLAC*

Proposal (Rai): That the GPLAC designate the GPLAC officers to communicate in person and with the GPCA regarding the GPLAC's position on this matter.

Proposal (Feinstein): That the GPLAC set a meeting date for the next virtual business meeting at a time and date to be determined and announced by the Co-coordinators

Discussion was that a potential amendment would be discussed at a future meeting pending receiving information requested from the GPCA
