PROPOSAL: (the text of what is proposed). That the GPLAC approve an expedited vote based upon the findings below and that the GPCA endorse Jordan Rivers for Los Angeles City Council, District 15

Vote #1: Approve expedited finding to conduct an immediate vote, because the filled out questionnaire from Jordan Rivers was sent to County Council members on April 20 with the idea that a zoom meeting would be called to conduct the endorsement vote, but that zoom meeting did not occur and the June 2 election is fast approaching, so County Council members have had more than two weeks to review and discuss the questionnaire online
