6. Discussion:  Update on status of GPLAC contact data base

Rai updated County Council that new data has been imported, merging and cleaning up info has occurred. Discussion held on cost of maintaining data and GPLAC will pay for it.

7. Decision:  Involving more LA County Greens in use of GPLAC Forum email list (fifteen minutes) *

Proposal (Feinstein): Authorize email blast to all LA County Greens to join gplac-forum email list, including list protocol.

8. Discussion: Update on Neighborhood Council 2021 elections candidate outreach (twenty minutes) *

Feinstein reported that GPLAC outreach has included multi-emails outreaching to registered Greens in the City of Los Angeles (for whom the GPLAC has email addresses) and promoting via GPLAC social media. 

9. Discussion: Preserving GPCA ballot status strategy and recruiting for 2022 races (thirty minutes) *

Background: GPLAC Rules and Procedures provide for the County Council to authorize email blasts using the GPLAC contact data base.
