7) Discussion: Update upcoming Standing General Assembly, including GPLAC bylaws proposal to GPCA, (twenty minutes)

Feinstein reported that GPCA Coordinating Committee continues to violate GPCA Bylaws by not placing GPLAC Bylaw amenmdent before GPCA Standing General Assembly


8) Decision: Appointment of Delegate to Standing General Assembly vacancy (ten minutes)

Background:  Current GPLAC SGA delegate Gwenn Morreale has offered to step down for the remainder of the 2017-2018 SGA term, if the County Council wants to appoint someone to replace her.  Timeka Drew has asked to be appointed to the SGA

9) DIscussion: Update on efforts by GPLAC endorsed Green candidates to qualify for the ballot in Los Angeles County (fifteen minutes)

Angelida Dueñas, Mike Feinstein and Kenneth Mejia qulaified for the ballot, Hank Mollet did not
