• Relevant By-Law 9-5.5 Once distributed, the Agenda may not be changed until the meeting. The time and order of already agendized items may be amended by a 3/5 vote. New agenda items may be added by a 2/3 vote.
Proposal (Feinstein): Cut ten minutes out of #6, from 30 to 20; and ten minutes from #11 from 25 to 15 minutes; change #7 to decision, include ICE-related issue

Feinstein explained that Russell had not yet been given admin control until he would be back in town to show her how it works in person
6) Discussion: Post campaign report on GPLAC-endorsed candidates whose campaigns ended with June primary and their promotion by GPLAC

7a) Discussion/Decision: Holding future GPLAC sponsored, issued based public forums

Dueñas presented topic future GPLAC-sponsored events; Dueñas, Feinstein volunteered
7b) Decision: Endorse Occupy ICE Coalition
Proposal (Dueñas): The GPLAC expresses its solidarity and support for the Occupy ICE Coalition, solidarity and support with the goals of re-uniting families and with abolishing ICE, encourages Green Party members to be involved, and appoints Angelica Dueñas as the GPLAC representative and spokesperson to the Coalition.

8) Discussion: Report back from GPCA General Assembly, GPLAC process at General Assembly

9) Discussion: Results of Standing General Assembly elections for GPCA Coordinating Committee and GPUS Delegation

Feinstein reported on the results, noted that the Coordianting Committee violated GPCA bylaws in conducting the election, by using a process that had not been approved by the GPCA, resulting in elections not in conformance with party rules
10) Discussion: Status of GPLAC access to GPCA Nationbuilder Data Base, update on implementation of GPLAC Nationbuilder Data Base and overall GPLAC/GPCA relationship. (30 minutes)

Feinstein that email blasts were sent with GPCA endorsements before the June 2018 primary, but that issues with importing data led to a higher level of email bounces than normal
11) Decision: Update from GPLAC-endorsed Congressional candidates whose campaigns will be on the November ballot and outreach efforts on their behalf

12) Decision: Discussion of Choosing Delegates for 2018-2019 GPCA SGA

13) Discussion: GPLAC Bylaws regarding filling County Council vacancies (15 minutes)
