Barnett, GPLAC Treasurer, presented report on GPLAC finances, and sent a written copy to the County Council list.

Proposal (Drew): That the GPLAC take a position in support of utilizing outdoor space on public library and public parks properties in Los Angeles County for growing and distributing food, and organize and alliance-building around this issue.
