3. Decision: Opportunity to amend agenda and/or add emergency items (ten minutes)

4. Report: Treasurer’s report (ten minutes)

Barnett, GPLAC Treasurer, presented report on GPLAC finances, and sent a written copy to the County Council list.

5. Decision: Approval of minutes from GPLAC April 26 County Council meeting (three minutes)*

Proposal (Feinstein, Secretary, minutes taker): Approval of Draft minutes from the April 26, 2020 County Council meeting :

6. Decision: Food Security in LA County during COVID-19/Report from Healthy LA Coalition (fifteen minutes)*

Proposal (Drew): That the GPLAC take a position in support of utilizing outdoor space on public library and public parks properties in Los Angeles County for growing and distributing food, and organize and alliance-building around this issue.

Request for an audit report as required in the approval of the 2018-19 Budget

9: Discussion: Choosing Delegates for upcoming GPCA General Assembly*

Feinstein presented time line for choosing delegates - application through May 23, Voting May 25-31

10. Discussion: Hearing from those seeking future appointment to County Council to fill unfilled seats from March primary election (twenty minutes)*

LIttle spoke about her interest in joining the Council

11: Discussion: Amendment, Bylaws: Ten Key Values (ten minutes)*

Discussion occured about text of draft bylaw that had been posted to the County Council email list. 

12. Report: Discussion with LA County Registrar about whether Greens should be on the ballot for County Council elections.
